When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

8. Data Retention Policy

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements. Typical periods: account data while your account is active (deleted within 30–90 days after you close it); bookings and support records for up to 3 years; payment/transaction records for up to 7–8 years (as required by law); device/app logs up to 12 months; backups 30–45 days. We don’t store full card details—payments are processed by our payment partner. When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data, and restrict access where longer retention is legally required.
