Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
At UniLoop, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for your dine-in reservations. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and clarifies the responsibilities regarding refunds and returns.
Booking Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellation: You can easily cancel a booking through the UniLoop app or by contacting our customer service team via phone or chat. Please note, the ability to cancel and any associated terms (e.g., cancellation window) may vary based on the restaurant’s policy.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: In rare cases, a booking may be cancelled due to technical errors, restaurant unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, UniLoop will not hold you responsible and will notify you as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Service Provider Responsibility: As UniLoop is a booking platform, all services and products consumed during your dine-in experience are provided directly by the restaurant. Therefore, any requests for returns or refunds related to food quality, service, or pricing must be directed to the restaurant partner. The restaurant’s own refund and return policies will apply.
Refund for Booking: UniLoop is not responsible for issuing refunds for charges related to the dining experience itself. Any booking fees collected by UniLoop may be subject to our cancellation terms.
Policy Agreement
By using the UniLoop app to make a reservation, you agree to this policy and understand that all matters concerning your dining experience, including returns and refunds, are at the discretion of the restaurant and fall outside the scope of UniLoop’s responsibility.
